Construction has begun on The Grand Teton Club Golf Course — a New American Links Style 18-hole course with a separate 9-hole Pitch-and-Putt, on the lands of what was previously known as River Rim Ranch Division II, where you and many of your neighbors have owned lots.

As one of the original stakeholders in this community, you are being granted priority access to secure your Full Membership before any memberships are made available to the broader market. Your membership is the centerpiece of the Grand Teton Club experience and a meaningful investment that we believe will significantly enhance the value of the property you already own.

The Full Membership deposit is $250,000 (compared to the standard $500,000), refundable in accordance with the Club's Membership Policies and Procedures, with monthly dues of $2,000/month upon commencement. Full Memberships are capped at 400 families to ensure an exceptional experience for all members.
