Financial Verification
Following your conversation, you will receive a link to securely upload your financial documentation. A current bank or brokerage statement showing $2M (homesites) or $6M (custom homes) or more in liquid assets, or a letter from your wealth manager, attorney, or CPA attesting that such funds are currently available to you.
Approval, Deposit & Date Selection
Once verified, you will receive confirmation along with a link to submit your $1,000 refundable registration deposit and select your preferred Thursday through Sunday stay dates. The deposit secures your dates and will be returned following your visit.
Arrival & Experience
Check in Thursday or Friday. Everything is arranged. Accommodations, meals, tours, and activities are all taken care of so you can simply arrive and experience Grand Teton Club.
