Construction has begun on The Grand Teton Club Golf Course — a New American Links Style 18-hole course with a separate 9-hole Pitch-and-Putt, located just across Highway 33 from River Rim Ranch Division I.
We are extending up to 60 Full Memberships to Division I HOA Members at a preferred membership deposit of $250,000 (compared to the standard $500,000), with monthly dues of $2,000/month upon commencement. Full Memberships are capped at 400 families to ensure an exceptional experience for all members.
